Eligibility
Who can apply?
- DM/DrNB residents currently pursuing the program under mentorship of a KES member.
- Applicant must hold active KES membership.
- Applications must be submitted on or before 26th Jan 2026.
Process of Submission
Submit your research proposal through the official KES grant portal. Ensure all documents and research details are completed accurately before final submission.

- Blindfolded proposals will be reviewed by external experts.
- Final shortlisted projects will be invited for presentation.
- Results will be updated on the website within one week.
- Selected candidates will receive individual communication.
Expectations From Grant Winners
Submit interim reports midway through the study period with detailed fund utilization reports.
Present final research outcomes during the annual KES conference.
Clearly specify whether any ESI grant has already been received.
Primary grant holders cannot apply for a second grant until the completion of the current study.
Funds will remain provisional until IEC report submission and approval.
Researchers are encouraged to maintain ethical and transparent scientific practices throughout the project duration.
